At the starting of fellowship, i had expectations that there would online sessions and we just have to attend those sessions because i saw several times my friend whose pass out, he use to attend the session. I was unaware about the inner story of project works.
Project works encourages students to participate in fellowship, because without completing courses given project work one would be unable to complete the assigned tasks. Sessions and project works were interconnected in a way that students can learn and practice the tasks.
I am an hostelites living inside the university, in my surrounding there’s construction going on. Whenever i see those laborers working together for completing a tasks of construction, i remember the course learnt at Amal Academy “team work”. In which single tasks was assigned to a group of 4 or 5 members and our participation and coordination was accessed.
